Kippit is a French company specializing in the development of sustainable, repairable and upgradeable household appliances. TOBEN, their latest project, is a multifunctional appliance combining toaster, grill, plancha, waffle maker, crepe maker and raclette. This complex project involved several agencies. My role focused on studying uses, developing usage scenarios, mediating between the players involved, and formalizing the product.

In-depth usage analysis was crucial in identifying specific needs and mapping the appliance's varied applications. TOBEN meets a wide variety of heating requirements, with wide temperature variations and cooking surfaces of different roughnesses and shapes, articulated in multiple ways to suit different uses.
