Instead of approaching a complex issue like hunger and infrastructure universally and thinking about larger-scale solutions, we try to look at systemic problems from below, from a very corporeal point of view. By shifting our gaze a little, we've tried to find approaches that include a physical, local perspective, looking at food more as a living agent than as a singular, measurable entity.
Our aim is to shift the gaze from the large to the small, to suggest that knowledge and creativity are already there, we just need to recognize them.
